Customer Success Associate

Arux, a leading innovator in the community education and after school industry, is hiring a customer success associate. We're seeking a candidate with strong communication skills, a natural ability for learning new software, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer support:  Respond to customer inquiries via ticketing system (Zendesk), phone, email, chat and other communication channels promptly and professionally. 

  • Technical assistance:  Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related questions, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and escalating complex cases when necessary.

  • Product knowledge:  Maintain an in-depth understanding of our software products and services to provide accurate and comprehensive support.

  • Feedback collection:  Record details and relay customer feedback to the rest of the customer success team to help improve our software offerings.

  • Training and onboarding:  Assist in the onboarding process of new customers by attending sessions led by our customer success specialists.

  • Performance metrics:  Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction surveys.

What are we looking for in this role?

  • Experience:  1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field within the software industry. Ideal candidate also has a background working in community education

  • Technical skills:  Proficiency in using and troubleshooting software applications. Familiarity with Zendesk, Monday.com and other similar tools a plus.

  • Communication:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.​

  • Problem-solving:  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail

  • Customer-focus:  A customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.

  • Team Player:  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
